Business process optimisation

Know where to start. See how your business works.

When work depends on individual people and constant follow-ups, another tool rarely solves the problem. First we understand how work happens, then choose and implement improvements.

When this helps

Does this sound familiar?

  • Tasks move between people and lose their owner.
  • The team repeats the same manual operations.
  • There are plenty of ideas, but no clear first priority.
What you receive

A process map and an actionable improvement plan.

  • A map of current work: people, steps, data and handoffs.
  • Bottlenecks and priorities, with a clear reason for where to start.
  • An improvement plan with owners, sequencing and success criteria.
  • If we continue together: a pilot, practical guides and rollout support.
Approach

How we get there

  1. 01

    Understand the work

Walk through a key process with the people involved. Compare documented procedures with what actually happens.

  2. 02

    Design a clear workflow

Remove unnecessary handoffs, clarify ownership and choose changes that can make a meaningful difference.

  3. 03

    Validate in practice

Pilot changes in a defined part of the business. Compare completion time, errors and team feedback.

Five tools, one working environment

An agency CRM brought five disconnected services together. The rollout covered 260 users, connecting tools and helping people work in one shared system.

Getting started

What we need to start

Start with one difficult situation, the path a task takes and someone who does the work. A complete set of procedures is not required.

Technology

Tools that fit the task

Process mapping, interviews, practical guides and a simple measurement system. CRM, automation and AI come in where they support the redesigned workflow.

  • Ownership
  • Priorities
  • Implementation

Before we start

Can we start without a technical specification?

Yes. If the problem still feels like “everything is complicated”, we start with a concrete workflow and use it to define the task and the first phase.

Do we have to replace every tool?

No. First we look at what can improve within your existing setup. Replacing a tool makes sense when it prevents the workflow you need.

How will we know it is better?

Before making changes, we agree on a baseline and measures such as task processing time, manual steps or error rate. Specific targets depend on the process.
